WHEREAS, Janice A. Felda is retiring ~om City of Janesville employment after having
diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for twenty-five years,
retiring as an Associate Children's Librarian with Hedberg Public Library; and
WHEREAS, during Janice A. Felda's employment with the City of Janesville she
provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties
of her position, which she performed with enthusiasm, accuracy, efficiency and poise; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville be
properly recognized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the people oftbe City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Janice A. Felda for her
twenty-five years of loyal public service.
