A resolution approving the final plat of Forest View Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Forest View Estates", a subdivision being Lot 1 of Rock County Certified
Survey Map Number 1123979, Volume 14, Pages 448, 449 & 450, located in the SE.l/4 of the
NW.1/4 of Section 11, T.2N., R. 12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 1 day of April 2002, and is
incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into lots;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Forest View Estates be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
