WHEREAS, Elizabeth H. Murray is retiring from City of Janesville employment after
having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for twenty-two
years, retiring as an Associate Children's Librarian with Hedberg Public Library; and
WHEREAS, during Elizabeth H. Murray's employment with the City of Janesville she
provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties
of her position, which she performed with creativity, vivacity, and proficiency; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville be
properly recognized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Elizabeth H. Murray for her
twenty-two years of loyal public service.
