A resolution approving the final plat of Rotamer Ridge Second Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Rotamer Ridge Estates Second Addition", a subdivision lying in the Nw. 1/4
of the Ne.l/4 and the SW. 1/4 of the NE.l/4 of Section 16, T.3N., R. 13E. of the 4th P.M., City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 21
day of January 2002, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, public park, public greenbelt and
streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Rotamer Ridge Second Addition be and is
hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
