A resolution approving the final plat of Tenth Addition to Fox Ridge Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Tenth Addition of Fox Ridge Estates" in Section 16, T.3N., R. 13E. of
the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan
Conunission on the 7 day of January 2002, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into lots;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said Tenth Addition to Fox Ridge Estates be and is
hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
