An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 2201 Beloit
Avenue from MI, Light Industrial District, to M2, General Industrial District, with
a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010
of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby
changed from M1 to M2:
Part of the SW.1/4 of Section 7, T2N., R13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville,
Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the West 1/4 comer of said section; thence S.0°24'50"E. 733.27 feet to
the beginning; thence continuing S.0°24'50"E. 367 feet; thence N.89°46'40"E. 455 feet;
thence N.0°24'50"W. 367 feet; thence S.89°46'40"W. 455 feet to the point of beginning
excepting the street tight-of-way.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the
Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public
benefit, and police power so requiring.
