A Resolution deferring special assessments for sidewalk for the property located
at 1415 Gartland Avenue
WHEREAS, The Administration has determined that the owner of property at
1415 Gartland Avenue, tax parcel 0126200273 resides at this address and meets the
conditions outlined in City Council Policy No. 63, paragraph V.B. for special assessment
deferments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Janesville, that the special assessments in the amount of $2,052.12 for 1415 Gartland
Avenue, shall be a lien on this property and be paid when the property is sold or
transferred without any accumulation of interest.
