An ordinance changing the corporate alcohol license agent residency requirement set
forth in JGO Section 5. 06. 080, with penalties and relief for violations as set forth in JGO
Section 5.06. 210..
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 5.06.080 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Janesville is hereby amended to read as follows:
"5.06.080 Corporate alcohol license agent - Resident of Janc:;5!!c Rock County.
The alcohol license agent for a corporation holding any alcohol license within the
city shall be a resident of-th+c4W Rock County."
SECTION Il. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, the
public good, welfare, safety and benefit so requiring.
