An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 3410 Bell Street
from M1 to B4, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in
Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed
from M1, Light Industrial District to B4, Business Highway District.
Part of the SW. 1 /4 of the NE.1 /4 of Section 18, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4 P.M., City of Janesville,
Rock County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Rock County,
Wisconsin on October 5, 1973 in Volume 3, Pages 209 and 210 of Certified Survey Maps of
Rock County, Wisconsin as Document No. 806169, being part of the SW 1 /4 of the NE % of
Section 18, T.3N., R.13E., of the 4 P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County. Also including 35
feet of right -of -way directly west and adjacent to Lot 1 along Bell Street and 35 feet of right -of-
way directly north and adjacent to Lot 1 along Morse Street.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
