2002-123ORDINANCE NO. 2002 - 123
An Ordinance increasing the fee for a regular alcohol operator (bartender)
license, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section
5.06.210.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 5.06.090 D. of the Code of General Ordinances of the City
of Janesville is hereby amended to read as follows:
"D. No operator's license shall be issued unless granted by the common
council. The fee for an original operator's license shall be ~ $50.00. The fee for a
renewed operator's license shall be ~ $50.00. Neither fee shall be prorated.
Original and renewed operator licenses shall expire on June 30th of each odd numbered
year."
