2012-518 ORDINANCE NO. 2012-518
An ordinance changing the zoning classification of a portion of property located
at 115 East Conde Street from M2 to B3, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a
violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby
changed from M2, General Industrial District to B3, General Commercial District.
Part of the SW. 1/4 of the NW.1 /4 of Section 7, T.2N., R.13E. of the 4 P.M., City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of Certified Survey Map Document No. 875487 as
recorded in Volume 7 on Pages 89 and 90; thence South 0 ° 02'15" East 59.97 feet to the
place of beginning; thence South 85 ° 08'27" East 150.60 feet; thence South 54 ° 38'50"
East 143.60 feet; thence South 26 ° 14'54" East 96.90 feet; thence South 0 ° 00'20" West
621.91 feet; thence North 59 ° 33'27" West 359.05 feet; thence North 0 ° 02'15" West
622.73 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 4.77 acres.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the
Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public
benefit, and police power so requiring.
