2012-871 RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -871
Whereas, Daniel L. Lynch is retiring from City of Janesville employment
after having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for
twenty -eight years; retiring as Utility Director with the City of Janesville Water and
Wastewater Utilities; and
Whereas, during Daniel L. Lynch's employment with the City of Janes\ ille,
he provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion
to the duties of his position, which he performed with skill and ability, sincerity, honesty,
and dedication; and
Whereas, during Dan's employment the City's water supply and
distribution and sanitary sewage collection and treatment infrastructure have been
significantly expanded and improved; and
Whereas, Dan has been recognized by his peers for his service to his
profession; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the Citi of
Janesville be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Daniel L. Lynch fo" his
twenty -eight years of loyal public service.
