Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Janesville held in the Municipal Building on
December 5, 2011. The meeting was called to order by Council President Steeber at 7:45 AM.
Present: Councilmembers Liebert, McDonald, Rashkin and Steeber. Absent: Councilmembers
Dongarra-Adams and Voskuil.
Action on a proposed resolution adopting the 2012 Budget, establishing the 2011 net tax rate,
and appropriating funds for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012. Councilmember
Rashkin moved to adopt said resolution, seconded by Councilmember Liebert and passed
unanimously. (File Res. No. 2011-864)
Councilmember McDonald moved to adjourn, seconded by Councilmember Rashkin and
passed unanimously.
There being no further business, Council adjourned at 7:47 AM.
