A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF PAPER BALLOTS FOR THE NOVEMBER 6,
2001 MILTON SCHOOL DISTRICT REFERENDUM ELECTION.
WHEREAS, the Milton School District has scheduled a referendum election on November 6,
2001; and
WHEREAS, the Milton School District has closed the polls in the City of Janesville and our
voters have been assigned to cast their ballots in Harmony Township; and
WHEREAS, all voters in the Milton School District will be using generic paper ballots to cast
their vote on November 6, 2001; and
WHEREAS, it is less expensive for the Milton School District to use generic paper ballots for this
election;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Janesville that it
hereby authorizes the use of generic paper ballots for the November 6, 2001 Milton School
District Referendum Election for Janesville residents residing in the Milton School District.
