A resolution approving the final plat of LaFayette Manor,
WHEREAS, a plat of "LaFayette Manor", a subdivision of Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15,
Damrow's Addition, a recorded subdivision, located in the SW 1/4 of the NW. 1/4 of Section
12, T.3N., R. 12E. of the 4' P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly
approved by the City Plan Commission on the 4 day of September, 2001, and is incorporated
herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Lafayette Manor be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
