A resolution approving the final plat of Ninth Addition to Fox Ridge Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of"Ninth Addition to Fox Ridge Estates", a subdivision lying in Section 16,
T.3N., R. 13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, GarMar Inc., owner,
was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 18 day of June, 2001, and is
incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into lots as shown;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Ninth Addition to Fox Ridge Estates be and
is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
