WHEREAS, Andrew K. Duoss has retired from City of ]anesville employment alter having
diligently served the people of the City of .lanesville and the community for twenty-eight years,
retiring as a Driver with the Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, during Andrew K. Duoss' employment with the City of .lanesville, he provided
exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties of his
position, which he performed with competence, sincerity, honesty and dedication; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of .lanesville be properly
recognized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the people of the City of ]anesville, through the
City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Andrew K. Duoss for his twenty-eight years of
loyal public service.
