A resolution approving the final plat of Orchard West Subdivision.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Orchard West Subdivision", a subdivision lying in the SW.1/4 of
the SW. 1/4 and the SE. 1/4 of the SW. 1/4 of Section 35, T.3N., R. 12E. of the 4th P.M.,
City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan
Commission on the 19 day of February, 2001, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the
City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Orchard West Subdivision
be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
