A resolution approving the final plat of Prairie's Edge Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Prairie's Edge Estates", a subdivision lying on part of the SE. 1/4 of
the SE. 1/4 of Section 5 and part of the NE. 1/4 of the NE. 1/4 of Section 8, all parts being in
T.3N., T.13E. of the 44 P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly
approved by the City Plan Commission on the 19th day of February, 2001, and is incorporated
herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Prairie's Edge Estates be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
