A resolution approving the rmal plat of Starbrite Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Starbrite Estates", a subdivision lying in the SE. ~A of the SW. ~A and
the NE. 1/4 of the SW. 1/4 of Section 9, T.3N., R. 13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville,
Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 5 day of
February, 2001, and is incorporated herein by reference;
VOtEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, outlots, public walkway and
trail, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Starbrite Estates be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
