A resolution approving the final plat of Hilltop Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Hilltop Estates", a subdivision being a replat of Lots 2 and 3 of a
Certified Survey Map as recorded in Volume 17, pages 140 thru 142, located in the NE. 'A of
the NW. IA and the NW. IA of the NW. ~A of Section 29, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4~' P.M.,
Janesville Township, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan
Commission on the 5 day of February, 2001, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Hilltop Estates be and is hereby accepted
and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
