WHEREAS, Judy G. Armstrong has retired from City of Janesville employment after having
diligently sewed the people of the City of ]anesville and the community for thirty-one years, having
served in the Records Section and in the Investigation Division, retiring as a Records Clerk with the
Police Department; and
WHEREAS, during Judy G. Armstrong's employment with the City of ]anesville, she provided
exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties of her
position, which she performed with competence, sincerity, honesty and dedication; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville be properly
recognized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 13' RESOLVED that the people of the City of Janesville, through the
City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Judy G. Armstrong for her thirty-one years of
loyal public service.
