A resolution approving the final plat of Prairie Wood Estates Fifth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Prairie Wood Estates Fifth Addition", a subdivision located on Outlot
1, Prairie Wood Estates Fourth Addition, a recorded subdivision, and part of the SE. lA of the
SW. IA and part of the SW. IA of the SE. ~A of Section 16, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4~ P.M.,
City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission
on the 5 day of February, 2001, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Prairie Wood Estates Fifth Addition be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
