A resolution approving the rmal plat of Pine Ridge Estates Third Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Pine Ridge Estates Third Addition", a subdivision lying in the SW. IA
of the NE. IA and the NE. :A of the SE. ~A and Govemmem Lot 3 of Section 14, T.3N.,
R. 12E. of the 4~ P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the
City Plan Commission on the 5 day of February, 2001, and is incorporated herein by
reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, greenbelt and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Pine Ridge Estates Third Addition be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
