A resolution approving the final plat of Rockport Ridge Estates Third Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Rockport Ridge Estates Third Addition", a subdivision lying in the
SW. IA of the SE. IA and the SE. IA ofthe SE. ~A of Section 33, T.3N., R.12E. ofthe 4th
P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan
Commission on the 15 day of January, 2001, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Rockport Ridge Estates Third Addition
be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
