An ordinance establishing the zoning classification of land located north of Avalon Road
between South River Road and South Oakhill Avenue proposed for attachment.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby established as RI (Single and
Two Family Residence) District:
PART OF THE SE. 1/4 OF SECTION 10 AND PART OF THE NE. 1/4 OF
SECTION 15, ALL IN T.2N., R.12E. OF THE 4TH P.M., ROCK TOWNSHIP,
ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Beginning at the
SW. Corner of Outlot 1, Wick Valley Addition, a recorded subdivision; thence South
along the Southerly extension of the West line of said Addition to the South line of
Rodney Thiele's property; thence East along said South line, 290 feet; thence South
parallel with the East line of the SE./4 of said Section 10 to the South line of said
SE. 1/4 of said Section 10; Thence South parallel with the East line of the NE. 1/4 of
Section 15 to the North line of Whilden B. Hughes, Jr. tract; Thence West to the
NW. corner of said tract; thence South along the West line of said tract to the East-
West centerline of said Section 15; Thence East along said East-West Centerline, 70
feet to a point on the Southerly extension of the West line of Lot 1 of a Certified
