An Ordinance amending the list of designated one-way streets with the penalty as provided in Section
10.20.020.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 10.20.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is
hereby renumbered as follows:
-- THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS SHALL BE RENUMBERED AS FOLLOWS
AFTER THE BELOW AMENDMENTS --
Section D shall be Section E.
Section E shall be Section F.
Section F shall be Section G.
Section G shall be Section H.
Section J shall be Section I.
Section K shall be Section J.
Section L shall be Section K.
Section N shall be Section M.
SECTION II.
Current Sections 10.20.010 C., I., and M. of the Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Janesville are hereby amended and renumbered to read as follows:
-- THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS --
North and South Franklin Streets from its intersection with Laurel Avenue
southerly to its terminus at Rockport Road is designated as a one-way street
on which traffic shall move in a northerly direction only at all times.
-- AND --
On North Franklin Street, traffic shall be in a northwesterly direction only
between Laurel Avenue and Mineral Point Avenue.
-- AND --
On North River Street, traffic shall be in an northwesterly direction only,
between Mineral Point Avenue and Highland Avenue (prior code s. 10.32).

C. South Franklin Street from West Court Street to its terminus at Rockport Road
is designated as a one-way street on which traffic shall move in a northerly
direction only at all times.
D. North Franklin Street from Wall Street to Highland Avenue is designated as
a one-way street on which traffic shall move in a northerly direction only at
all times.
