An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 2016-2018 and 2024-2026
from R1 (Single-family and Two-family Residence) District to R3 (General Residence) District.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from R1 to R3 subject
to the condition that the two lots be combined into one lot through the recording of a certified survey
map and that the resulting single lot be developed with no more than one principal building
containing no more than four dwelling units:
Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, T.3N., R. 13E., of the 4th P. M., City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin, described as follows: Lots 4 and 5 of the Meadow Run Addition to the City of Janesville
and the east one-half of the adjoining right-of-way of Green Valley Drive.
