An ordinance changlng the zoning classification of property located at 906 West Racine Street
from R2 (Limited General Residence) District to O1 (Office/Residence) District.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed R2 to O1:
Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 36, T. 3 N., R. 12 E., of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin, Described as follows:
Lots 4, and 5, Block 20, Palmer and Sutherland's Addition to the City of Janesville, including also the
north one-half of the West Racine Street right-of-way and the west one-half of the Linn Street right-
of-way adjoining those lots.
SECTION II.
The rezoning of the above-described property is conditioned upon the owner (City of Janesville)
filling a deed restriction limiting the O1 use of the property described in Section I to
theatrical/performing arts group activities which include play rehearsal and set building for the
group's performances, costume and equipment storage, and regularly scheduled theater group
meetings, or, any R2 zone district use.
