THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from B3 to RI:
PART OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 11, T.2N., R.12E. OF THE 4TH P.M.,
CITY OF JANESVILLE, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN, Described as follows:
Lot 2 of a Certified Survey Map Document Number 1315223 as recorded in Volume 19, Pages 482-
484, of Certified Survey Maps of Rock County, Wisconsin and including the south one-half of the
adjoining portion of Burbank Avenue.
