98-1176ORDINANCE NO. 98-1176 An ordinance changing the zoning classification of land located at 221-225 West Milwaukee Street in the City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from B5 (Central Business) District to B5 with HO (Central Business with Historic Overlay) District: Parcel A: Parts of Lots One Hundred Five (105) and One Hundred Seven (107) in Smith, Bailey & Stone's Addition to the City of Janesvllle, Rock County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot One Hundred Five (105) and running thence Southerly on the Easterly Line of Jackson Street Seventy-Six (76') Feet; thence easterly on a line parallel with Milwaukee Street, Forty-Four (44') Feet; thence Northerly on a line parallel with said Jackson Street, Seventy-Six (76') Feet to the Southerly Line of said Milwaukee Street, and thence Westerly on the said Southerly Line of said Milwaukee Street, Forty-Four (44') Feet to the place of beginning. Parcel B: and also parts of said lots bounded as follows: Beginning at a point Sixty-Six (66') Feet Westerly of the Northeast Comer of Said Lot One Hundred Five (105); thence Westerly along the Southerly Line of Milwaukee Street, Twenty-Two (22') Feet; thence Southerly and at Right Angles with said Milwaukee Street, Seventy-Six (76') Feet; thence Easterly and parallel with said Milwaukee Street, Twenty-Two (22') Feet; thence Northerly and parallel with said Jackson Street, Seventy-Six (76') Feet to the place of beginning.
