Crest retirement facilities at 1700 South River Road from Conservancy to R3M.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from C
(Conservancy) District to R3M (Medium Density Residence) District.
Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 10, T. 2N., R. 12 E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot One of a Certified Survey Map Document Number
1105014 as recorded in Volume 14, Pages 211 - 213 of Certified Survey Maps of Rock County,
Wisconsin; thence S.89°41 '40"W. 75.4 feet to the point of beginning for the land herein described;
thence N.2°53'45"W. 914.77 feet; thence N.22°14'50"E. 387.9 feet more or less to the southwest
corner of Lot 1 of a Certified Survey Map Document Number 1349359 as recorded in Volume 20,
Pages 364 - 367 of Certified Surveys of Rock County; thence east along the south line of said Lot 1
116.0 feet; thence southwesterly 1,300.00 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
