An ordinance changing the polling place for citizens residing in Wards 7, 8, 25, 26 and 28 from
U. W. Center-Rock County, 2909 Kellogg Avenue, to Edison Middle School, 1649 South Chatham.
WHEREAS, the U.W. Center-Rock County will not be available to use as a polling place;
and,
WHEREAS, the Janesville School District has agreed to provide Edison Middle School as
a polling place,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Janesville
that Janesville Ordinance No. 91-748 Section I be amended to read as follows:
Seventh, and Eighth Wards (Supervisory District #15) and Twenty-fifth, Twenty-sixth,
andTwenty-eighth Wards (Supervisory District #7)
Wards 7, 8, 25, 26 and 28 are described as follows:
Tract 11, Blocks 101-113, 114, 115-117, 118-119, 203-207, 301-305, 306-309, 310-321,
322-324, 401-404, 405-410, 411-416, 419-421,501-516, 518-519
Tract 14, Blocks 308A, 310-311,313A, 314-319
The polling place for Wards 7, 8, 25, 26 and 28 is Edison Middle School.
