An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 4324 John Paul Road
(CTH Y) from R1, Single-Family and Two-Family Residence District to B4, Business Highway
District.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from R1 to B4.
Part of the SW 1/4, Section 8, T.3N., R. 13E., of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville,
Rock County, Wisconsin, Described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the
north-south centerline of said Section 8 and the northwesterly right-of-way line of USH
26; thence southwesterly along said northwesterly right-of-way line 910 feet more or
less; thence northwesterly 122 feet more or less to the southeast corner of the land
herein described and the point of beginning; thence N.34°29'E. 398 feet more or less;
thence northwesterly 303 feet more or less to the west right-of-way of CTH Y; thence
southwesterly along said right-of-way line 340 feet; thence perpendicular to said right-
of-way 92 feet more or less to a point on the east right-of-way line of CTH Y, said
point being the southwest corner of the property at 4324 John Paul Road (CTH Y);
thence southeasterly 136.80 feet to the point of beginning; excepting the north 100 feet
of the land area herein described.
