An ordinance amending the fees charged by the City of Janesville for fireworks stands as provided
for in the Code of General Ordinaces of the City of Janesville, with penalties and other relief for
each violation thereof as set forth in Janesville General Ordinance Chapter 8.40.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 8.40.050, Fireworks Stands-License--Regulation, of the Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Janeawille is hereby amended to read as follows:
"8.40.050 Fireworks Stands-License--Regulation
E. Application for the non-transferable FIREWORKS STAND PERMIT shall be accompanied
with a non-refundable application FEE in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), which fee
shall be applied to help defray the City's actual inspection and administration costs."
