99-1281ORDINANCE NO. 99-1281 An ordinance changing the zoning classification of a portion of land located west of Beloit Avenue and south of Burbank Avenue from R1 to Conservancy, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesviile. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from RI, Single and Two-Family Residence District, to Conservancy District: Part of the south one-half of Section 12 and the north one-half of Section 13, T.2N., R. 13E. of the 4t~ P.M., Rock Township, Rock County, Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing at the South East Comer of Section 12; thence South 00°08'lY' East along the east line of Section 13, a distance of 70.02 feet; thence North 88050'07'' West parallel to the south line of said Section 12, a distance of 2564.95 feet; thence North 00004'47'' West along the centerline of Section 13, a distance of 70.02 feet to the south quarter comer of said Section 12; thence North 00033'40'' West along the centerline of Section 12, a distance of 639.21 feet to the southwest comer of Lot 8 Burbank Park; thence South 88°59'19'' East along the south line of Burbank Park, a distance of 537.99 feet; thence North 00°09'19'' West, a distance of 72.85 feet; thence South 88°59'19'' East, a distance of 780.09 feet; thence North 00010'07'' West, a distance of 310.30 feet to the southwest comer of Lot 1 CSM 74591 I; thence South 88059'07'' East, a distance of 350.03 feet to the southeast comer of Lot 1 CSM 808910; thence North 00010'07" West, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence South 88059'07'' East, a distance of 895.53 feet to the east line of Section 12; thence South 00026'42'' East along the east line of Section 12, a distance of 1129.17 feet to the Point of Beginning. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiting.
