An ordinance establishing the zoning classification of land located south of STH 26 across
from McCormick Drive.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby established
as Agricultural District:
PART OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 AND PART OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF
SECTION 8, T.3N., R. 13E OF THE 4TH P.M., CITY OF JANESVILLE, ROCK COUNTY,
WISCONSIN.
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Beginning at the East 1/4 comer of said Section 8, thence
S.0°36'30"E. along the East line of the SE 1/4 of said Section, 352.21 feet; thence
