An Ordinance Amending the Subdivision and Zoning Codes of the Janesville Code of
General Ordinances to increase planning and zoning fees with a penalty for violations
thereof as set forth in Sections 17.56.010 and 18.28.010, respectively.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 18.24.090 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 18.24.090 A. Fee Schedule.
The fee schedule is as follows:
Conditional Use Permit: ~ $200.00
Conditional Use Amendment: $ 59.99 $100.00
Application for Rezoning: $!59.90 $250.00
Application for Zoning Ordinance
Amendment: $ ! 59.99 $250.00
Application for Change of
Nonconforming Use: None $200.00
Filing of an Appeal to Zoning
Board of Appeals: $~9.99 $200.00
Site Plan Review: Nene $ 50.00
Initial Mobile Home Court
License Fee:
Annual Mobile Home Court
License Fee:
$100.00 or $2.00 per

Section 18.24.090 B. Fee Schedule Review.
The fees as listed above shall be reviewed on at least a five-year cycle beginning on
August 1999."
SECTION II. Section 17.16.180 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"17.16.180 Fees.
A. The subdivider shall pay, upon filing the final certified survey, the sum of $59.99
$100.00. The subdivider shall pay, upon filing the final plat, the sum of $25.09 7er !et for *ke first

B. Any individual who applies for a release of a utility easement shall pay a sum of
