Building Code to implement a fee for administrative review and inspection of erosion control measures, with a penalty for violations thereof as set forth in Janesville General Ordinance Chapter 15.80. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 15.01.140 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 15.01.140 A.
