An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 4370 Milton Avenue
from R1 to O1, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in
Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed
from RI, Single-Family and Two-Family Residence District to O1, Office/Residence District:
Part of the SE IA and the SW ~A, Section 8, T. 3 N., R. 13 E., of the 4~ P. M., City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of
the southwesterly line of Lot 23, First Addition to Fox Hills Estates and the southeasterly right-
of-way line of STH 26, also the point of beginning for the land herein described; thence
southwesterly along said STH 26 right-of-way 448 feet; thence S 36°52'32" E 320 feet;
thence N 53°07'08'' E 444.38 feet to the southwesterly line of said Lot 23; thence
northwesterly along said southwesterly line of said Lot 23,315 feet more or less to the point of
beginning; including also the adjoining STH 26 right-of-way.
SECTION II. The rezoning of the above-described property to O1 is subject to the following
special conditions and/or requirements.
Dedication of a 30-foot wide access road along the Milton Avenue frontage of the subject
property.
Maintenance of a 50-foot wide green area buffer along rear (southeast) line of the
subject site.
