An ordinance changing the zoning classification of properties located at 2407 and 2409 Center
Avenue from B2 to R1, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in
Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from B2, Community
Shopping District, to Ri, Single-family and Two-family Residence District:
Part of the SW ¼ of Section 12, T.2N., R.12E., of the 4t~ P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest comer of the SW ¼ of said Section 12; thence N.4°W. 660
feet to the point of begiuning for the land herein described; thence N.86°51 'E. 264 feet;
thence N.4°W. 132 feet; thence S.86°5 I'W. 264 feet; thence S.4°E. 132 feet more or less to
the point of beginning.
