An ordinance establishing the zoning upon annexafion of land located at 4243 East
Rotamer Road to R1 (Single and Two-Family) District.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby established as R1
(Single and Two Family Residence) District:
Part of the SE. 1/4 of Section 9 and part of the NE. 1/4 of Section 16, T.3N.,
R. 13E. of the 4th P.M., Town of Harmony, Rock County, Wisconsin, described
as follows: Commencing at the stone monument at the S.E. comer of Section 9,
aforesaid; thence West, along the South line of said Section, 1321.86 feet;
thence south 2°16, East 33.00 feet to the south right-of-way line of Rotamer
Road and the place of beginning; thence West, along said south right-of-way
line of Rotamer Road 495.00 feet; thence North 2°16'West 561.00 feet to an
iron pipe monument; thence East, parallel with the South right-of-way line of
said Rotamer Road 495.00 feet to an iron pipe monument; thence South
2°16'East 561.00 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 6.37 acres
