An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 714 Center Avenue
from R2, Limited Residence District, to B3, General Commercial District.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from R2,
Limited Residence District, to B3, General Commercial District.
The south 5.50 feet of Lot 99 and the north 34 feet of Lot 100 in Miltimore's Addition
to the City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, the north and south lines of said
premises being parallel with the line dividing said lots. Also the east ½ of the vacated
alley lying westerly of and adjacent to said described premises.
