Court Street from M1, Light Industrial District to B3, General Commercial District.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed form
M1 (Light Industrial District) to B3 (General Commercial District):
Part of the SE ¼ of Section 34, T. 3 N., R. 12 E., of the 4th P.M,, City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the East ¼ corner of said Section 34 and the point
of beginning for the land herein described; thence west along the north line of said SE ¼ 233 feet;
thence south and perpendicular to said north line 233 feet; thence east and parallel to said north line
of said SE ¼ 233 feet to the east line of said SE ¼; thence north along said east line 233 feet to the
said East ¼ corner of said Section 34 and the point of beginning
