A revised ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 4434, 4442, 4450,
and 4454 Woodgate Drive from RI (Single-Family and Two-Family Residence) District to R3M
(Medium Density Residence) District, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof
as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from R1 (Single-
Family and Two-Family Residence) District to R3M (Medium Density Residence) District subject to
the condition that no more the two principle buildings containing no more than four dwelling units
each be constructed on the property.
Part of the SE ~A of Section 8, T. 3 N., R. 13 E., of the 4* P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the south comer of Lot 2 ora Certified Survey Map
(CSM) Document Number 1230852 as recorded in Volume 17, Page 229 of Certified Survey Maps of
Rock County and the point of beginning for the land herein described; thence northeasterly along the
rear line of said Lot 2 and the rear line of Lot 3 of said CSM 180.0 feet to the south corner of Lot 1,
Pheasant Hills Addition to the City of Janesville; thence northeasterly along the rear line of Said Lot 1
and the rear line of Lot 2 of said Pheasant Hills Addition and the extension thereof220 feet more or
less to the centefline of Tanglewood Drive; thence northwesterly along said centerline 171 feet more
or less to its intersection with the centerline of Woodgate Drive; thence southwesterly along the
centerline of Woodgate Drive 405 feet; thence southeasterly 35 feet more or less to the west comer of
Lot 2 of said CSM 1230852; thence southeast 135.0 feet to the south corner of said Lot 2 and the point
of beginning.
