An ordinance establishing the zoning upon annexation of land located in the 3600 block of East
Rotamer Road to RI (Single and Two-Family) District.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby established as R1 (Single and Two-
Family) District:
PART OF THE NE. 1/4 OF THE NE. 1/4 OF SECTION 17 AND PART OF THE NW.
1/4 OF THE NW. 1/4 OF SECTION 16, ALL 1N T.3N., R. 13E., OF THE 4TH P.M.,
HARMONY TOWNSHIP, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN.
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at the NE. Comer of Section 17; thence
Southerly along the East line of said NE. 1/4, a distance of 33 feet to the South right-of-
way line ofE. Rotamer Road, also being the place of beginning for the land herein
described; thence Westerly along the South right-of-way line ofE. Rotamer Road, 65.75
feet more or less to the existing city limits, thence Southerly along said city limits also
being the East line of an existing parcel, 468 feet; thence Easterly 87 feet more or less to
the East line of said NE. 1/4; thence Northerly 33 feet more or less along said line to the
South line of existing tracts; thence Easterly along said South line 300 feet; thence
Northerly along the East line of an existing tract, 235.6 feet; thence Easterly 260 feet;
thence Northerly, 117 feet to a line that is parallel with and 33 feet South from the North
line of the NW. 1/4 of Section 16; thence Westerly along said line 560 feet, more or less
to the place of beginning
