An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located adjoining 2006 North
Washington Street from Conservancy to Conservancy with Parking Overlay, with a penalty and
injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from Conservancy to
Conservancy with Parking Overlay.
Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 23, T. 3 N., R. 12 E. of the 4th P. M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the North-South Centerline of said Section 23 and the west right-
of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, also being the point of beginning for the land herein
described; thence S.33°11'45"E. 151.32 feet along said right-of-way line; thence S.48°46'20"W.
115.55 feet to said North-South Centerline; thence N. 1°08'45"E. 202.82 feet along said North-South
Centerline to the point of beginning.
