An ordinance authorizing disposal contracts for the Jauesville Landfills, with penalties for violations thereof as
set forth in ,]anesville General Ordinance Section 8.64.190.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 8.64.150 K. of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is hereby created
to read as follows:
"8.64.150 K. Fees for contract disposal arrangements, long termand/or substantial tonnage deposits at
the Janesville sanitary and/or demolition landfills, respectively, may be established, fi.om time to time, by the
Common Council upon the Council's review and approval, by resolution or motion, ora particular contract,
proposal or arrangement."
SECTION H. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, the public interest, welfare,
benefit and good so requiring, and the Common Council so finding.
