An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of land located south of STH
11 between Wright Road and Wuthering Hills Drive.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed and
established as B3, General Commercial District.
Part of the North IA of the NW. I/4 of Section 4, T.2N., R. 13E. of the 4~ P.M., City of Janesville
and LaPrairie Township. Rock County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at an aluminum monument at the North lA of said Section 4; thence S.0°25'23'E.
33.0 feet to the old south R.O.W. (right-of-way) line of STH 11; thence N. 89°21 '09"W. along said
south line, 60.0 feet to the west line of South Wuthering Hills Drive, also being the place of
beginning; thence S.0°25'23'E. along the west line of South Wuthering Hills Drive, 443.12 feet;
thence N.89°25'58"W. 212.12 feet; thence S.34°28'50"W. 73.13 feet; thence N.89°39'55"W.
2295.02 feet to an iron pin monumem on the relocated east line of South Wright Road; thence
N.0°23'06"W. along said east line, 516.71 feet to the old south R.O.W. line of STH 11; thence
S.89°25'58'E. along said old South R.O.W. line, 2549.21 feet to the place of beginning.
SECTION V. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
