2000-41REVISED ORDINANCE NO. 2000-41 An ordinance changing the zoning classification of propert)' located in the 900 block of Rockport Road and Riverside Street from 112 to B3 and parking overlay, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from R2, Limited General Residence District to B3, General Commercial District: The west 49.75 feet of Lot 110 in Miltimore's Addition to the City of Janesville. SECTION II. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from R2, Limited General Residence District to PO, Parking Overlay District. The western 58 feet of Lots 112 and 113 and the western 48 feet of Lot 111 in Miltimore's Addition to the City of Janesville. SECTION IlL The mzoning of the property described in Sections I and II is conditioned upon those properties being brought into substantial compliance with the standards of the zoning districts in which they will be located. Such standards include but are not limited to paved parking, landscaping and screening, construction of a trash enclosure and the restoration of paved public street terraces to lawn. Compliance will be determined by the submittal of a site plan to the Site Plan Review Coordinator for review and approval and the subsequent implementation of the approved site plan. SECTION IV. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
